Biography
Alicia Gomez has a keen interest in both commercial and public interest litigation. She completed her pupillage at the Firm under the guidance of our Partner, Mr. Ganesan Nethi.
Alicia acts as junior and has supported senior counsel at the Firm in a variety of cases, involving disputes of a commercial nature, shareholders’ disputes, strata management issues and judicial review, at the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
Prior to joining the Firm, Alicia served as the pioneer batch of Fellows in the Corporate Fellowship programme administered by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, where her focus was on policy development and corporate sustainability.
She is also a recipient of the Dean’s Commendation Award from the University of Exeter for her academic achievement.
Alicia is available to accept instructions in all principal areas of the Firm’s practice.
